Labour market transitions among young people (Fred Cartmell)
The aims of this study were to describe, and characterise, the labour market trajectories of young people from the age of 15 to 23, and to identify the experiences and views of those with different types of trajectory.
Methods:
The study involved;
(a) an analysis of existing labour market diary data in the regional sample of the youngest cohort from age 15 to 23,
(b) in depth interviews with 60 participants from the youngest cohort.
